My husband and I have always enjoyed exploring breweries together so when it was time for us to get married, we wanted to find a local brewery but were worried that many of the breweries we looked at didn’t have the elegance of traditional wedding halls, which we knew our families would want and which I wanted as well. I wanted both beer and the fairytale moment and that is exactly what The Onion has to offer. Not only are the hall, patio, and grounds beautiful, but the wedding package itself is just perfect. It is affordable, includes an amazing cake and fantastic food and drinks, and those that help coordinate with you along the way are caring, patient, and relieve any and all stress. They were happy to substitute dishes for us and responded well to many of our last minute changes and requests. They handled things so well that I worried about nothing but getting food on my dress during the reception. One of my favorite parts is the patio and how it is open for people to catch some fresh air during the evening and look out onto the beautiful and tranquil lake and lights. There was nothing that was missing from the package and service and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
